The `/tree` ask re-answer recovery path (#recoverAskReanswerQuestions)
read the persisted ask toolCall's raw arguments directly, so when secret
obfuscation is active the recovered question text could still contain
`#HASH#` placeholders instead of the original secret. The live tool
path already deobfuscates via transformToolCallArguments before use;
apply the same deobfuscateToolArguments call to the recovery path.
Wires an optional obfuscator through TestSessionOptions/createTestSession
so tests can exercise sessions with secret obfuscation active, and adds
a regression test confirming the reopened ask picker shows deobfuscated
plaintext rather than the raw placeholder.
- Gate navigateTree()'s ask toolResult reopenAsk protocol behind a new
allowAskReopen option, set only by the interactive /tree selector.
Every other navigateTree() caller (extensions, hooks, ACP,
session-extension actions) now falls through to the pre-#5642 plain
leaf move instead of reporting a successful no-op navigation.
- Anchor the branch-summary entry collection on targetEntry.parentId
for an ask re-answer completion so the replaced (abandoned) answer
is included in the summary instead of silently dropped.
- #recoverAskReanswerQuestions now walks the ancestor chain past
interleaved sibling toolResults to find the assistant entry that
actually emitted the ask toolCall, instead of assuming it's the
toolResult's direct parent.
- Replace the fabricated `as unknown as AgentToolContext` standalone
tool context in SelectorController#reanswerAsk with
AgentSession#buildAskReanswerContext(), a fully-typed context
backed by real session state.
- #reanswerAsk now rejects a chatRedirect ("Chat about this") result
instead of silently completing the navigation with it.
- Fix the CHANGELOG entry's external-contribution attribution format.
Move bundled models, model cache/manager, thinking metadata, effort helpers,
provider descriptors/discovery, wire constants, and model identity utilities
into the new @oh-my-pi/pi-catalog package.
Update pi-ai to keep provider runtime/auth concerns, move catalog provider
metadata into CATALOG_PROVIDERS, and migrate coding-agent, agent, stats, docs,
and tests to import catalog values from pi-catalog.
Split coding-agent model registry helpers into discovery, roles, and models
config modules while preserving registry orchestration.
BREAKING CHANGE: @oh-my-pi/pi-ai no longer exports catalog subpaths such as
/models, /model-cache, /model-manager, /model-thinking, /effort,
/provider-models*, discovery helpers, and provider wire constants; use the
matching @oh-my-pi/pi-catalog subpaths instead.
- Removed export leakage by demoting many helper and const symbols to module-local scope.
- Renamed underscore-prefixed internals and cache fields, then updated related references and `satisfies never` checks.
- Deleted obsolete logic branches and helpers, including harmony-stream interruption flow and unused benchmark runtime helpers.
- Updated Biome config and manifests by broadening lint coverage and removing an unused `@napi-rs/cli` dev dependency.
- Adjusted tests and utilities to use renamed test helpers and remove redundant private test-only helpers/locals.
- Converted systemPrompt APIs and state types to ordered `string[]` across agent, AI, and coding-agent surfaces.
- Added `normalizeSystemPrompts` and applied it to context normalization before building provider request payloads.
- Updated AI providers to emit separate normalized prompt blocks/messages instead of a single merged system prompt.
- Removed dedicated `projectPrompt` state and remapped that context into system-context buckets in session, dump, and token accounting.
- Aligned tests and changelogs to pass and assert `systemPrompt` as arrays with ordered prompt semantics.
- Added `attribution` option to `PromptOptions` for controlling billing and initiator attribution.
- Updated subagent prompts to explicitly set `attribution: "agent"` for accurate billing attribution.
- Refactored message attribution logic to use configurable `promptAttribution` with fallback defaults.
- Added test coverage for `attribution` option in subagent reminder prompts.
