can1357 a28713b8ba refactor(test): consolidated API key retrieval to use centralized e2eApiKey() utility
- Consolidated API key retrieval across test files to use centralized e2eApiKey() utility function instead of direct environment variable access.
- Removed local API_KEY constant definitions and replaced with imports of e2eApiKey from shared oauth test utilities.
- Updated test skip conditions to use e2eApiKey('ANTHROPIC_API_KEY') for consistent API key availability checks across all test suites.
