fix(catalog): include base Nova Lite/Micro/Pro IDs in Bedrock cache compat

AWS documents prompt caching for Nova Micro/Lite/Pro under their in-region
model IDs as well; the allowlist covered only the us. geo profiles (Premier
already had both forms). Regional/provisioned-throughput configs using base
IDs now emit the documented default-5m checkpoints.
