fix(coding-agent/ipy): fixed pythonPath typo and removed unused pythonwPath field

- Fixed typo in gateway coordinator where pythonwPath was referenced instead of pythonPath.
- Removed unused pythonwPath field from PythonRuntime interface and consolidated python executable resolution to use windowless python path directly.
