docs(coding-agent): expanded architecture docs for SDK wrapper and capability system

- Updated DEVELOPMENT.md architecture diagram to reflect SDK wrapper, capability system, and git-tool dependency.
- Expanded directory structure documentation to cover 40+ new files including capability, discovery, and extension systems.
- Revised development workflow instructions to use bun commands instead of npm/tsx.
- Added documentation sections for new extension sources and capability types.
- Updated AGENTS.md with simplified issue labeling, corrected repository URLs, and streamlined release commands.
- Consolidated README.md package table and removed redundant development/publishing sections.

## Development
### Setup
```bash
bun run install:dev # Install deps and link all packages
bun run build # Build all packages
bun run check # Lint, format, and type check
```
> **Note:** `bun run check` requires `bun run build` first. The web-ui package uses `tsc` which needs compiled `.d.ts` files from dependencies.
### Watch Mode
```bash
bun run dev
```
Then run directly:
```bash
cd packages/coding-agent && bunx tsx src/cli.ts
```
### CI
GitHub Actions runs on push to `main` and on pull requests. The workflow runs `bun run check` and `bun test` for each package in parallel.
**Do not add LLM API keys as secrets.** Tests requiring LLM access use `describe.skipIf()` and run locally.
---
## Versioning
All packages use lockstep versioning:
```bash
bun run version:patch # 0.7.5 -> 0.7.6
bun run version:minor # 0.7.5 -> 0.8.0
bun run version:major # 0.7.5 -> 1.0.0
```
**Never manually edit version numbers.**
---
## Publishing
```bash
bun run release:patch # Bug fixes
bun run release:minor # New features
bun run release:major # Breaking changes
```
Requires an npm token with "Bypass 2FA on publish" enabled.

### Capability System (capability/)
Unified extension system that discovers and loads capabilities from multiple sources:
- **Extension Discovery** (discovery/): Discovers extensions from Claude.md, .cursorrules, .codex, MCP servers, etc.
- **Capability Types**: Hooks, tools, context files, rules, skills, slash commands, system prompts, etc.
- **Multi-source**: Global (~/.omp/), project (.omp/), and built-in capabilities

## Development Workflow
### Running in Development
Start the watch build in the monorepo root to continuously rebuild all packages:
Run the CLI directly with bun (this is a bun-based project):
```bash
# Terminal 1: Watch build (from monorepo root)
npm run dev
```
# From monorepo root
bun run dev
Then run the CLI with tsx in a separate terminal:
```bash
# Terminal 2: Run CLI (from monorepo root)
npx tsx packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts
# Or run directly
bun packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts
# With arguments
npx tsx packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts --help
npx tsx packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts -p "Hello"
bun packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts --help
bun packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts -p "Hello"
# RPC mode
npx tsx packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts --mode rpc --no-session
bun packages/coding-agent/src/cli.ts --mode rpc --no-session
```
The watch build ensures changes to dependent packages (`pi-agent`, `pi-ai`, `pi-tui`) are automatically rebuilt.
### Type Checking

# From monorepo root (runs biome + tsgo type check)

# Type check and build (from packages/coding-agent)
bun run build
# Build standalone binary

## Code Style
- TypeScript with strict type checking (tsgo)
- No `any` types unless absolutely necessary
- No inline dynamic imports
- Use `showStatus()` for dim status messages

- Formatting via Biome (`bun run check` or `bun run fix`)
- Keep InteractiveMode focused on UI, delegate logic to AgentSession
- Use event bus for tool/extension communication
