chore: organized package distribution files and synchronized export metadata

- Updated package.json files arrays across multiple packages to include CHANGELOG.md and README.md for distribution.
- Expanded natives package description and keywords to document Rust bindings for clipboard, image, PTY, shell, and syntax-highlighting functionality.
- Added sync-exports npm script to root package.json for managing package export synchronization.
- Removed public directory from stats package and README.md from utils package distribution files.
