refactor(coding-agent): restructured project tree scanning with ripgrep and fallback implementations

- Restructured project tree scanning to separate ripgrep-based and fallback implementations.
- Removed XML escaping function and changed tree output format from XML to plain text with visual indicators.
- Improved directory traversal to build complete directory contents map before rendering.
- Simplified tree rendering logic by removing XML tag generation and using text-based formatting.
