docs(coding-agent/prompts): clarified large-plan handling guidance in system prompt
- Added guidance in the system prompt to aggressively delegate oversized plans to parallel work instead of dropping phases or narrowing scope. - This update instructed agents not to abandon or silently trim work when a plan becomes large.
