docs: completed the README tool list

- Added the missing `tts` row (xAI Grok Voice, five built-in voices, WAV or MP3) to the tool list and the setting-gated list.
- Widened `generate_image` provider mention from Gemini-only to Gemini, GPT, or xAI Grok image models per the `ImageProvider` union in `src/tools/image-gen.ts`.
