- Switched `bin.omp` to `src/cli.ts` so `bun link`/`install.sh --source` work without a build.
- Added `publishBin` override so release rewrites `bin` to the prepack bundle `dist/cli.js`.
- Exported `applyPublishBin` and packed the agent with its published bin in the install smoke.
