can1357 fd57247a6d fix(chunk): corrected markdown spacing to preserve blank lines between sections

- Corrected markdown section spacing logic to preserve blank lines between inserted sections and following headings.
- Added markdown-aware spacing detection to handle FirstChild, LastChild, Before, and After insert positions correctly.
- Added two test cases validating blank line preservation in markdown After and Append operations.
- Reformatted doc comments in RenderParams and ReadRenderParams for line length compliance.
