can1357 6e20b9fd14 fix(pi-natives): use Shell::env()/env_mut() in windows submodule ...

Mirrors the darwin/linux fix in shell.rs (commit before brush 0.5.0
upgrade): brush-core 0.5.0 made Shell::env / Shell::jobs private fields
with method accessors. Two read/write call sites in shell/windows.rs
were missed because rust-analyzer on darwin doesn't visit the
cfg(windows) module.

Caught by Windows CI on commit 4f01358e4.
