Drives AgentSession + Agent + BashTool end-to-end through the patched pi-natives binding. Asserts a spawned child reports its own session id (setsid was called) and that pipelines still produce both stages' output. Validated by reverting commands.rs and confirming the test fails with a named diagnostic before restoring.
