Mathews-Tom e7f3f2b796 test(tools): migrate multi-path-missing test to single path argument
grep/glob's execute() only read the new path argument (legacy paths
arrays were kept solely for rendering historical transcripts, per
GrepRenderArgs/GlobRenderArgs), so this pre-existing test's paths:
[...] calls silently resolved to path: undefined and defaulted to
searching cwd — masking the missing-path partition/skip contract
entirely. Same failure reproduces on upstream main's own CI.

Migrates each call site to the new path contract: a plain
semicolon-joined string for the tolerant (some paths exist) cases,
matching the grep-path-lists.test.ts convention, and a JSON-encoded
array for the all-missing cases, since the delimiter-recovery
heuristic in path-utils.ts only splits a joined string once at least
one candidate resolves — with every path missing it would otherwise
silently fall back to treating the joined string as one bogus literal
path instead of exercising the intended all-missing rejection.
