- Update `releaseProviderInFlightLease` to signal into the specific directory path associated with the lease rather than recomputing it from the root. - Introduce `signalProviderInFlightWaitersInDir` to decoupling waking waiters from global provider path resolution. - Remove redundant tests from `coding-agent`.
