- Renamed `TodoWriteTool` to `TodoTool` and its source/prompt files. - Updated tool registration, schema, renderers, and gating to `todo`. - Adjusted cursor provider native tool names and tests to match. - Renamed strike-animation constants and `todo-error-reminder` type.
