- Parsed symbol occurrences inline via a new `name#N` symbol spec and defaulted missing occurrences to 1. - Updated LSP symbol column resolution to derive occurrence from the symbol spec, removing the separate occurrence argument. - Synchronized prompts, tool schema rendering, and regression tests to document and verify `#N` occurrence selection instead of a standalone occurrence field.
