- Removed 'shellForceBasic' setting that forced bash/sh shell selection regardless of default shell configuration.
- Removed 'bash.persistentShell' experimental setting for shell session reuse across commands.
- Simplified shell configuration logic by removing conditional branching in getShellConfig() method.
