roboomp 404471f000 fix(install): expect collab protocol v2 in smoke ...

The tarball install smoke imports @oh-my-pi/pi-wire and asserts the
exported COLLAB_PROTO value. The chunked welcome protocol bump changed
that contract from 1 to 2, so the smoke must assert the new protocol
value alongside the package constant and tests.
