can1357 c062aa2e1d ux(coding-agent/tools): added browserToolRenderer for run tool rendering

- Added `browserToolRenderer` to display `run` tool calls as JavaScript code cells with status and output previews.
- Rendered `browser` `open`/`close` actions as compact status lines with optional output text.
- Hooked `browserToolRenderer` into `toolRenderers` so browser calls use the new renderer.
