can1357 c01e895ec6 docs(coding-agent): documented architecture and development patterns for coding-agent

- Restructured DEVELOPMENT.md with comprehensive architecture documentation covering boot sequence, mode implementations, session lifecycle, tool infrastructure, capability discovery, execution backends, task orchestration, and development workflow.
- Added detailed ASCII diagrams and subsystem boundaries for CLI entry, mode dispatch, session persistence, tool output metadata, MCP/LSP integration, and RPC protocol.
- Documented tool registration patterns, streaming result flow, OutputSink/TailBuffer/ToolResultBuilder infrastructure, and standard patterns for streaming vs non-streaming tools.
- Added comprehensive playbooks for adding built-in tools, RPC commands, and hook events with canonical file references and current behavior notes.
