- Added scripts/tool-prompt-usage.ts as a Bun CLI to estimate rendered tool prompt sizes.
- Implemented path-based prompt collection and configurable --encoding/--json options.
- Computed per-prompt and aggregate token, character, and line totals from rendered prompts.
