djdembeck 9ed5a70d08 fix: truncate wide lines in TUI rendering

- Add defensive truncation in TUI to silently clip lines exceeding terminal width
- Fix BashExecutionComponent to use visibleWidth() instead of raw string length
- Prevents crash when bash output contains terminal control sequences
