- Improved cache authority logic for dynamic model fetching.
- Added model filtering for OpenAI-compatible non-response endpoints.
- Updated `ModelRegistry` auth sentinel from `""` to `kNoAuth` (`"N/A"`).
- Made API response parsing more robust across multiple providers.
