- Fixed timeout command not properly cancelling child processes by adding explicit cancellation token handling and graceful shutdown wait. - Added child process cancellation token creation and propagation to command execution parameters. - Added explicit child process cancellation and 2-second graceful shutdown timeout when timeout expires or parent is cancelled.
