can1357 e9888367d1 refactor: migrated packages to internal utility modules and removed external dependencies
- Implemented in-house, zero-dependency utility modules in `pi-utils` covering DOM manipulation, markdown parsing, templating, browser automation helpers, and terminal buffers.
- Migrated packages across the repository to consume the new internal utilities and `omptype` schema validators instead of external dependencies.
- Removed multiple external runtime and development dependencies including Zod, Marked, LRU cache, Turndown, and Puppeteer browser packages.

Over the next month I changed only one variable at a time, recording water temperature, room temperature, folding intervals, and the appearance of the starter.</p><p>The useful breakthrough was not a special flour or an expensive oven. It was learning to watch the dough rather than the clock. On cold mornings fermentation took hours longer, while a warm afternoon could make the same dough move surprisingly quickly.</p><blockquote>A recipe is a map, but the dough still tells you where you are.</blockquote><p>Thirty loaves later, I still make uneven bread, yet every loaf now has an open crumb and a crisp crust. The notes matter because they turn each mistake into information for the next attempt, instead of a reason to begin again from memory.</p></div><div class="comments">Six comments</div></body></html>
