can1357 88cba3c5ba refactor(coding-agent/edit): added structural ordinals for brace-only line hashes

- Added a structural-only-line check that routes whitespace-and-brace lines to a dedicated hash path.
- Introduced structuralBigram to convert line numbers into ordinal suffix tokens and return them for those lines.
- Kept non-alphanumeric-line handling using line-number seeding for all other punctuation-heavy lines.
