The regex that strips SKILL.md from the path to compute baseDir only matches forward slashes. On Windows where paths use backslashes, the replace is a no-op and baseDir equals the full SKILL.md file path. This breaks sub-path resolution for skills: the subpath gets appended to the SKILL.md file path instead of the skill directory. Fix: use character class matching both path separators.
