- Merged ci.yml and publish.yml into single workflow
- Added bun dependency caching via actions/cache
- Added concurrency groups to cancel stale runs
- Changed to --frozen-lockfile for CI installs
- Added --only-failures flag to hide passed/skipped tests
- Release job now conditional on tag push (no more double runs)
