- Added support for fcr_ prefix in item ID normalization alongside existing fc_ prefix. Updated both OpenAI and Azure OpenAI response converters to recognize fcr_ IDs when checking for cross-model validation. Added test case to verify fcr_ prefixed IDs are preserved unchanged.
