- Added allowFuzzy option to control fuzzy matching behavior in patch operations.
- Added validation for line numbers to ensure they are >= 1 in patch headers and hints.
- Enhanced fuzzy matching algorithms to respect the allowFuzzy setting for precise control.
- Fixed patch application to prefer actual diff over cached preview when displaying results.
