Mathews-Tom 49e8489290 test(tools): migrate remaining legacy paths array call sites ...

Same stale-test issue as the multi-path-missing fix: search-url-paths
and root-path-alias still called grep/glob/ast_grep with the removed
paths: [...] array argument. search-url-paths was an active CI
failure (execute() drops the unrecognized paths field, causing the
URL/scheme materialization paths under test to never run); the
root-path-alias call sites happened to pass already since the
default (no-path) fallback coincidentally produces the same
scopePath: "." the tests assert, but they were silently no longer
exercising the intended bare-/ root-alias resolution.

Confirmed root-alias resolution itself is correct: switching to the
new path: "..." argument makes all assertions pass through the real
code path, not the default fallback.
