Emil Sit 47b2664adc build(coding-agent): generate docs index as build artifact

- Add 'prepack' script so bun publish regenerates the index before packing
- Add root-level 'prepare' script so bun install regenerates after cloning
- Gitignore and untrack docs-index.generated.ts
- Remove 'docs' from package.json 'files'
