- Added getCodexWebSocketEnvValue to evaluate the PI_CODEX_WEBSOCKET environment flag.
- Updated shouldUseCodexWebSocket and getOpenAICodexTransportDetails to prioritize environment settings over model and session-level preferences.
- Configured logic to treat negative preference overrides as authoritative to explicitly disable websocket usage.
