can1357 300a8e2ea3 refactor(chunk): restructured anchor markers from +++ syntax to [< >] format

- Changed anchor marker format from `+++`/`---` to `[<`/`>]` syntax in chunk rendering and documentation.
- Refactored render_i() to accept marker tuple (open, close) instead of single string for symmetric anchor pairs.
- Updated 94 lines of prompt documentation to reflect new anchor syntax in examples and instructions.
