- Dropped the `modify` edit type and its `< ANCHORTEXT` / `+ ANCHORTEXT` syntax.
- Removed associated parser rules, regex patterns, apply logic, and tests.
- Deleted the "Append WITHIN a line" example from the prompt docs.
