- google boolean-subschema coercion, column-cap truncation semantics, caller-owned plan-review hide, rebuild image-visibility setting - added flushPendingCommandOutput and refreshSkills stubs to event-controller and ACP mock contexts - removed the never-passing acp stdio EOF subprocess test (covered by postmortem-epipe contracts)
