- Fixed body region fallback for Python leaf control-flow chunks to prevent guard mangling when using region selector (~). - Added detection for Python leaf if/loop/try/block/match/elif/except chunks to disable region-based editing and force whole-chunk replacement. - Added test case validating that leaf Python if chunks fall back to whole-chunk replacement instead of producing parse errors.
