- Add CMUX_SURFACE_ID env var fallback to getTerminalId() so cmux
  surfaces get a stable terminal identifier alongside kitty/tmux.
  Enables per-surface session breadcrumbs for omp -c in cmux.

- Update tip text to mention cmux alongside kitty/tmux.
