- Added a `/stats` builtin slash command that parses `--port` arguments and reports usage errors.
- Added a stats dashboard helper that syncs sessions, reuses a running server, and opens the local dashboard URL.
- Updated the changelog to document the new `/stats` command behavior for active sessions.
