- Adjusted tool-execution rendering to apply state-based background tinting and spacing for non-framed outputs.
- Detected framed block children and skipped extra padding and tinting so those custom renderers stay flush.
- Wrapped framed output with markFramedBlockComponent so self-framed blocks are recognized by the renderer.
