- dedupeProjects(): normalize worktree sub-paths → project roots, drop ephemeral dirs
- getGainDashboardStats(range?, project?): project-scoped reads across all sources,
top-25 unparsed commands sorted by hit count
- server.ts: ?project= query param forwarded to aggregator
- shared-types.ts: GainUnparsedCommand, GainDashboardStats.{unparsedCommands,project,projects}
