can1357 04f199f1f4 fix(coding-agent/async): used sequential bg_ IDs for default async job names

- Trimmed preferredId once before evaluating fallback conditions.
- Replaced Snowflake-based default ID creation with an incremental bg_* scan.
- Returned the first bg_* value not currently present in #jobs for deterministic IDs.
