can1357 0334fa9ad0 feat(tools): added live poll progress renderer with periodic snapshots

- Added live poll progress updates emitted every 500ms while jobs run for intermediate UI refreshes.
- Added a poll tool TUI renderer with status counts, duration, and result/error previews.
- Fixed final poll output to use current job snapshots, improving status and duration/reporting accuracy.
