Expanded `!` bash and `eval` execution output kept rendering the
`… N more lines (ctrl+o to expand)` footer after Ctrl+O revealed every
line, because `hiddenLineCount` was computed from the collapsed preview
window regardless of the `#expanded` (or sixel-passthrough) state.
Zero the hidden count whenever the full output is shown so
`buildStatusFooter()` stops advertising hidden lines and ctrl+o.

- Added transcript and assistant block version tracking for finalized segments.
- Changed committed block reuse logic to require prior finalization and same version.
- Fixed rerendering of committed finalized blocks when version values changed.
- Updated chunk-mode and core chunk tests to use abbreviated chunk selectors introduced by path truncation.
- Adjusted expected chunk-path and error-path strings for markdown, Rust, and TLA+ fixtures to match the new naming scheme.
- Updated SIXEL sanitization assertions to check for the new "visible columns omitted" truncation message.
