Ask tool renderResult returned raw line arrays that bypassed the Text
component's word wrapping, causing a TUI crash when user input exceeded
terminal width. Switched all renderResult code paths to return
Text(text, 0, 0) which applies wrapTextWithAnsi at render time.

The nullish coalescing operator (??) was treating null as a fallback
trigger, causing getAskTimeout()'s null return value (meaning 'disabled')
to be replaced with DEFAULT_ASK_TIMEOUT_MS (30000ms).
