can1357 62bdb98e49 docs(coding-agent): updated changelogs and adjusted controller test UI mocks 
- Updated the catalog changelog by removing a duplicate `Fixed` heading and leaving the NVIDIA Qwen fix in the current release notes.
- Restructured the coding-agent changelog by moving unresolved fixes into Unreleased and removing duplicated historical entries.
- Added `requestComponentRender` to mocked `ui` objects in coding-agent controller tests to match the updated interface.
