- Re-rendered Mermaid ASCII in both directions and clipped output to available width.
RenderMermaid is disabled by default and emits terminal text rather
than SVG/PNG; complex sequence diagrams with alt/else blocks become
hard to read at default widths. Add docs/render-mermaid.md covering
enablement (renderMermaid.enabled), config knobs (useAscii, paddingX,
paddingY, boxBorderPadding), output expectations, and limitations.
Link the new guide from the coding-agent README.

- Standardized Hindsight context output to emit `<memories>` blocks and updated retention stripping to remove both `<memories>` and legacy `<hindsight_memories>`/`<relevant_memories>` tags.

Added glob pattern support (e.g., github-copilot/*, *sonnet*) to --models
and enabledModels. Patterns are matched against both provider/modelId and
just modelId, so *sonnet* works without requiring anthropic/*sonnet*.
The existing fuzzy substring matching for non-glob patterns is preserved.
