roboomp d7c7ca033d fix(coding-agent): guarded retain renderer streaming args 
- Treated transient non-array retain items as absent during TUI streaming.
- Added regression coverage for malformed partial renderer arguments.
- Documented the fix in the coding-agent changelog.

can1357 61a57c1d21 fix(coding-agent): stabilized streaming TUI rendering with readonly rows and memoized reuse 
- Changed render methods to return component-owned `readonly string[]` rows.
- Added `RenderStablePrefix` row reuse to avoid repainting unchanged streaming content.
- Stabilized streaming gutters and spinner placement to reduce preview jitter and flicker.
- Finalized commit-safe transcript behavior for tool-call previews and added streaming edge-case tests.

can1357 318d553045 feat(tools): added memory inline renderers for retain/recall/reflect 
- Added shared helpers and inline TUI renderers for retain, recall, and reflect tool outputs.
- Added tool registry entries for retain, recall, and reflect to use the new inline renderers.
- Updated changelog notes describing new memory inline rendering semantics and output headers.
- Added memory renderer tests for summary, truncation, streaming, and expand/collapse behavior.
