Oversized tool results and arguments are now truncated to keep archives
conversation-dense, and tool output is rendered in dim gray ink on image frames
to visually de-emphasize noise.
All truncation budgets and dimming behavior are configurable.
- Added a new @oh-my-pi/snapcompact package and redirected compaction call sites to it.
- Added provider-aware snapcompact shape resolution for model-specific mixed-frame behavior.
- Added optional image detail support by extending ImageContent and passing hints through OpenAI providers.
- Added native snapcompact render options, including 5x8/8x8 font loading and palette/geometry controls.
- Relocated compaction, branch-summarization, pruning, and utils from coding-agent to packages/agent/src/compaction.
- Moved OpenAI remote compaction helpers from packages/ai to the new compaction module.
- Added handoff.ts with extractHandoffDocument, createHandoffContext, and renderHandoffPrompt helpers.
- Exposed new entries.ts with standalone SessionEntry types so coding-agent no longer owns them.
- Moved documentation files from packages/coding-agent/docs/ to root docs/ directory to flatten the documentation structure.
- Updated all internal documentation links to account for the new file locations, adjusting relative paths to maintain correct references across the monorepo.
- Updated README.md and issue template configuration to reference documentation at the new root docs/ location instead of packages/coding-agent/docs/.
